A Rite of Passage

The girls took advantage of the small lake, beautiful weather and children's sized life jackets to venture out on their own.  Maddie was proud to steer and Kate barely, but thankfully, reached the peddles as they navigated the boat around the lake.  It was fun to see them do this for the first time! One of those welling up with pride parent moments.
